Support for every chapter

From individual sessions to family care, find the support that fits where you are right now. Every service is delivered by a licensed clinician, in person or by secure telehealth.

The right service is the one that fits where you are, not where a form says you ought to be.

If you are not sure which of these applies, that is an ordinary place to start. The free consultation exists partly to work that out with you.

What to expect from each service

A closer look at who each service is for, what sessions involve, and what clients often work toward.

Individual Therapy

Who it is for

Adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, or a wish to grow.

What sessions look like

Weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions, in person or by telehealth. Goals and pace set with you, adjusted as you go.

What clients work toward

Greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, and lasting confidence.

Couples Counseling

Who it is for

Partners at any stage, dating, engaged, married or reconnecting, working through communication, trust or life changes together.

What sessions look like

Joint sessions with both partners, sometimes with individual check-ins. Practical tools and honest, guided conversation.

What clients work toward

Clearer communication, rebuilt trust, healthier conflict patterns, and a shared sense of direction.

Family Therapy

Who it is for

Families navigating conflict, generational or cultural differences, major transitions, or the effect of one member’s mental health on everyone.

What sessions look like

The whole family or specific members, depending on the goal. The therapist facilitates rather than taking sides.
